Who this policy applies to
This privacy policy applies to apps, websites, and services published by Atrull Studios unless a specific app or service provides its own privacy notice.

Summary
Atrull Studios apps are designed to collect as little personal information as practical.
In general, apps are built so that project content, creative work, images, notes, and settings stay on your device unless a feature clearly needs to send information elsewhere.
I do not sell personal information.
Information apps may process
Depending on the app and the features you choose to use, an Atrull Studios app may process:
- Content you create, import, or edit in the app.
- App settings and preferences.
- Files, images, documents, or project data you choose to open in the app.
- Device permissions you explicitly grant, such as access to photos, files, camera, or storage.
Where this information is processed only on your device and is not sent to Atrull Studios or a third party, it is not collected by Atrull Studios.
Information that may be collected
Atrull Studios may receive limited information in the following situations:
- Contact and support: If you email me or use a contact form, I receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, message, and any attachments.
- App Store and platform data: Apple or another platform provider may provide aggregated sales, installation, crash, or usage information through their developer tools.
- Website hosting logs: This website may generate standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of request. These logs are used for security, maintenance, and basic diagnostics.
- Optional website analytics: If enabled on the website, Matomo analytics only loads after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie notice. You can reject analytics and still use the site.
- Optional third-party services: If an app uses a third-party service for a specific feature, that service may process data needed to provide that feature.
How information is used
Information may be used to:
- Provide app functionality.
- Respond to support requests.
- Fix bugs and improve reliability.
- Understand whether apps and websites are working correctly.
- Meet legal, security, or App Store requirements.
Third parties
Atrull Studios does not sell personal information and does not use personal information for third-party advertising.
Some apps or websites may rely on third-party platforms or services, including Apple services, app stores, payment processors, website hosting providers, analytics, crash reporting, or email providers. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and are expected to protect data appropriately.
If an app integrates a third-party service that materially changes how data is handled, the app's App Store privacy information should reflect that.
Data retention
Information stored locally in an app remains on your device until you delete it, remove it from the app, or uninstall the app.
Support emails and related correspondence may be retained for as long as needed to respond, maintain records, and improve products.
Server logs, if collected by the website host, are retained only as long as needed for security, maintenance, and diagnostics.
Website analytics preferences are stored in your browser so the site can remember whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics.
Deletion and privacy requests
You can delete local app data using the app's own controls, your device storage controls, or by uninstalling the app.
If you have contacted Atrull Studios and want your support correspondence deleted, email support@atrull.com. I will respond where reasonably possible and subject to any legal or operational need to retain limited records.
Children's privacy
Atrull Studios apps are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support@atrull.com.
International use
Atrull Studios is based in the United Kingdom. If you use the apps or website from another country, information you send may be processed in the United Kingdom or by service providers in other locations.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
